Our process
1. Drop Off
You may drop off your device at anytime during business hours. Our consultant will discuss your device and get your contact details.
2. Diagnosis
After your arrival, our consultant will attempt to diagnose the problem and suggest a solution.
3. Repair
Depending on the complexity of the repair, we will make repairs on the spot or we may need to keep the device until repairs can be completed.
4. Pickup
After a repair is completed our consultant will contact you to pickup your device.
